The structure and composition of the Kryvyi Rih structure Saksagan thrust zone along all its strike are considered. It is shown that the thrust zone in the Southern part of Saksagan iron ore region is composed of schist breccia of the Saksagan series and in its Nothern part is composed of intensively jointy rocks of the seventh schist and ferruginous horizons. The thrust is controlled by talk schists along all the strike. The thrust formation was caused by implanting Saksagan diapir at the final stages of Kryvyi Rih riftogenesis. It was established that accumulation and evacuation of chemical elements at the horizons of productive Saksagan series that are not disturbed with thrusting processes are submitted to the law of sedimentary rhythms, but this regularity is lost at the thrusting zone. The thrust formation has led to changes of physical and mechanical features of mother ferruginous quartzites of the Saksagan series and unbalance in its natural system which renovation was fulfilled by the formation of new mineral parageneses of high grade iron ore deposits un-der the influence of hypogenic and hypergene processes.
