Process of region's economic growth. Development of theoretical and scientifically-methodical basis and instrumentality for modeling the process of economic growth on regional level. Methods: system approach, statistic and econometric analysis and prognostication, theory of differential equation, optimization, economic-mathematical modeling. In dissertation is given a new solution of scientific task for modeling of region's economic growth process in conditions of permanent change of its basic factors. It was given the generalizing suggestions concerning perfection of measuring methodics and influence estimation with view of such models construction, which would factor into cyclic disposition of its change and thereby were suitable and expedient for use in further rising of management effectiveness by regional economic development. A multiple model of region's economic growth process, the dynamic models of its basic factors and algorithms of its optimization were inculcated into practice. Regional economy, educational process.
