Astakhova N. Early diagnostic, pathogenesis and optimization treatment of kidney affection at patient with gout

Object of research - damage of the kidneys at patients with a gout; the purpose - improvement of quality of diagnostics of the nephropathy at the patients with an initial gout and revealing of her parts pathogeny; methods - clinical, clinical laboratory, radiological, radioisotope, ultrasonic, electrophysiological, biochemical, physical and chemical, immunological, radioimmune, immunenzyme, morphological, statistical; novelty - character of a nephropathy for the first time is determined at an initial gout according to biochemical, physical and chemical immunenzyme researches of urine, the morphological changes of the kidney frames corresponding to the picture mezanginals (mezangioprolipherative, mezangiocapillary) glomerulonephritis with tubeintersticialis a component, is revealed decrease functions of the kidneys and deterioration of a hemodynamics at patients with the gouts nephropathy at laboratory and tool research, the role of immune infringements, antiinflammations citokinins and prostaglandins in the pathogeny of the nephropathy is proved; results - the medical technology of diagnostics of the nephropathy at the patients with the initial gout is developed, give possible to increase quality of early revealing of the kidney pathology, to allocate criteria for forecasting current of defeat of the kidneys, to offer individual approaches to purpose as pathogenetic therapy of inhibitors ksantinoxidaza and adenozindezamins; it is introduced in practice of rheumatological and nephrological departments of the Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical association, therapeutic clinic of Institute of urgent and recreated surgery named by. V.K.Gusak, SMA of Ukraine (Donetsk), therapeutic clinic of Donetsk medical university named by M.Gorkiy, the Lugansk hospital and the Poltava city hospital, and also in pedagogical process of Donetsk and Lugansk medical universities; area of use - medical - diagnostic process of rheumatological, nephrological, therapeutic branches, educational process of therapeutic faculties of medical high schools.
