The thesis is devoted to the study of detales of the clinical course of the systemic scleroderma, systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis depend on peripheral circulation, disorders in hemostasis, endothelium function, immunological status and metabolism of the connective tissue. The research is based on the examination of 129 patients with rheumatic diseases. It has been established that prescription of the standart therapy for the patients without disorders of the peripheral hemodynamic is enough to induce remisson. For the patients with peripheral hemodynamic disorders is necessary to use pentoxyphylline and actovegin. Their positive effect have been estableshed. Have been worked out the criteria for differentiated treatment of the patient with rheumatic diseases, according to the peripheral circulation.
