The Object of the study - heating vegetable cheese itself as the source fire. The Purpose - a development of the methods to identifications parameter centre heating itself for improvement of the systems of the warm-up checking embankment vegetable cheese and forecasting of the development of the temperature. The Results are introduced in ZAO "Zaporozhie-Mill", in DAK "Bread of the Ukraine". It Is Recommended use on rural industrial enterprise.
