Object - managerial process highly liquid circulating capital in manufacture of baking production on an example of the Odessa region. The purpose - a theoretical substantiation and a formulation of methodical recommendations on improvement of management highly liquid circulating capital in manufacture of baking production. Methods - economic-statistical; the system analysis; comparative characteristics; a factorial method. Novelty - conceptual positions on improvement of management highly liquid circulating capital of the enterprises of the bakery industry in view of system of the organization of this capital for the first time are offered. Result - methodical recommendations on formation of strategy of management highly liquid circulating capital in manufacture of baking production in Odessa region which are focused on the stage by stage-aggregated analysis of money resources of these enterprises are introduced in practice. It is introduced - at the industrial enterprises of Ukraine, in educational process. Branch - the industry, higher education.
