Essay

The dissertation is devoted to studying of allelopathy in complex of interactions between plants in the salted territories. On the basis of changes of morphometric parameters describing vitality of plants, and also in the series of modeling experiments the presence of action of the allelopathic factor is established in communities of halophyte vegetation of Crimea. The spatial structure of phytogenous fields of Artemisia santonica L., Halocnemum strobilaceum (Pall.) M.Bieb., Limonium gmelinii (Willd.) O. Kuntze is investigated. It is established correlative connection between biomass, height, diameter, branching Salicornia europaea L., Suaeda prostrata Pall., Petrosimonia oppositifolia (Pall.) Litv. and distance to plants-donors of allelopathic substances. During the vegetative period and ontogenesis the intensity of interspecific interactions increases. A. santonica, H. strobilaceum, L. gmelinii are characterized by high allelopathic activity which dynamics changes during the vegetative period and ontogenesis. Allelopathic potential of S. europaea, S. prostrata. was investigated. At action of the allelopathic factor plant-acceptor S. europaea. has essential changes at the histological level: intensive lignification and suberinization of xylem, phloem, sclerenchyma; significant accumulation of pectinaceous substances, phenolic connections. Allelopathic activity of excretion of halophytes is caused by the presence of amines, alkaloids, polyphenolic connections, phenolcarbonic acids, tannins, flavanoids
