Essay

The approach for definition of constructions critical condition under stationary and periodic not stationary loads is developed. The procedure of build dynamic stability region for wide class of correlate parametric loads is developed. The boundary of this region is built with the help of moment functions. The reliability of obtained solution is studied. Constructions stability is analyzed under internal flow pressure pulsation in pipeline system and under power influence in plate-beams construction.
