The object of study the process of measurement of microconcentraition of heavy metals in materials atomic-absorbtion method; the purpose of studies - increasing of sensitivity and accuracy of measurements of atomic-absorbtion spectrophotometer by using of vertical capillary electrothermal atomizator; the methods of studies and equipment - analytical, experimental; theoretical and practical results it is shown that the main reason of non-line feature of spectrofotometer are thermodifusion processes, which exist in atomizator that allowed to offer the measuring node on base capillary electrothermal atomizator and improve its metrological features; the degree of introduction - within the branch; the sphere (the area) of use - instrument-making industry.
