Essay

Object: primary thermal sensors and their transfer functions. Aim is to develop theoretical bases for building efficient methods for simulation of primary thermal sensors for construction of optimal in sense of accuracy and complexity correction devises. Novelty: general technique for obtaining of balanced approximation of functional dependence with the given accuracy of number of links is proposed.
