Essay

The object is the plants for liquid's crystallization during vacuumization; the aim is to describe the interphase heat-mass exchange during slurry ice receiving at brine vacuumization plants and to develop method of it calculation; methods are the mathematics, physics experiment; the new approach is that the calculation method of slurry ice receiving process at brine vacuumization plants is developing, grounded possibility to use balanced crystallization model allowing for non balanced evaporation for calculation of liquid's volumetric crystallization process, experimentally explored influence of initial concentration of brine and intensity of interfusion on the degree of supercooling before the beginning of crystallization; the main results include methods and program for main parameters and characteristic of vacuumization slurry-ice receiving plants calculation, which can be used in it designing and check-out; the field is the heat-and-power engineering.
