Essay

Characteristics of myocardiac damages in patients with rheumatois arthritis depending on the process activity. Increasing of the therapeutic effect of RA of II-III process activity stage with cardiac damages. The following techniques were used: clinical, insrtumental, biochemical, immunological, general laboratory tests, and data processing methods. The efficiency of RA activity assessment by detecting anti - inflammatory cytokins in blood serum as well as the effect of dalargin for injections up on the course of RA of II - III activity stages with cerdiac damages taking into account both clinical findings and ones representing cardiac damages and general homeostasis have been proved first. The espediency of prescription dalargin to patients with RA to prevent gastropathies on the background of basic therapy. Principle results of our research have bee introduced into practice including both therapy and diagnosis at Rheumatological Department of Poltava regional clinical hospital, II municipal hospital.Held of application - medicine.
