An initial-boundary problem for the second order general linear uniformly parabolic equation with Wenzel boundary condition and its generalization, a parabolic coupling problem in which one of coupling conditions as well as Wentzel boundary condition has the form of a parabolic equation with respect to the tangent variables are established by using of methods of the potential theory. The obtained results are applied to studying, with the aid of analytical methods, some problems of the theory of diffusion processes.
