Essay

The objects of investigations: action of sodium of selenite and alfa-tocoferol acetate on the division and accumulation of cadmium in organs and on the biochemical indexes of blood of poison rats. The purpose of investigations is research of division and accumulation of cadmium in the organs of rats of 3-, 6- and 18-monthly age, and also biochemical indexes of blood subject to the condition different introduction of sodium of selenite and alfa-tocoferol acetate. The methods of investigations: biochemical, spectroskopia, mathematical. Theoretical results: it is investigational maintenance and division of cadmium in the organs of poison rats of different age. It is rotined that in the conditions of cadmium intoxication acquire the changes biochemical indexes in the blood of rats of 3-, 6- and 18-monthly age. It is found out protective action of sodium of selenite and alfa-tocoferol acetate, subject to the condition different introduction, that shows up diminishing of accumulation of cadmium in the organs of venerated rats of all age-dependent groups and normalization of biochemical indexes of blood. Practical results: possibilities are opened for perfection of ways of detoxication of organism by sodium of selenite and alfa-tocoferol acetate taking into account age-old features. Diminishing of intensity of accumulation of cadmium under act of antioxidants, allows to recommend them for the prophylaxis of poisoning and treatment of negative consequences of toxic action of cadmium. Can be drawn on got results of the conducted researches in an educational process in establishments of biological, medical and veterinary types. The novelty: research of division and accumulation of cadmium is first conducted in the organs of rats of 3-, 6-, and 18-monthly age. It is set that introduction of both sodium of selenite and alfa-tocoferol acetate, reduces accumulation of cadmium in the organism of rats of all age-dependent groups and normalizes the biochemical indexes of blood. Application of antioxidants to the animals of 3-monthly age appeared especially effective. Sodium selenite, in comparison with a alfa-tocoferol acetate, at his introduction to the organism to poisoning of rats of cadmium by a sulfate, has the most expressed protective action. The branch of use is veterinary medicine.
