Object of research are managerial processes by financial and economic activity of the enterprise. The purpose of research is development of the theoretical and methodological positions directed on increase of a management efficiency by financial and economic activity of the enterprise, development of the concept of modelling of multivariate financial and economic streams of the enterprise and a complex of economic-mathematical models of decision-making at the choice of the script of functioning of the enterprise. Methods - the system analysis, economic-mathematical modelling, methods of the analysis and the forecast.
