Object of research - a process of measurement and control of rotation parameters (turning angle, angular velocity and beating); subject of research - methods and optic-electronic means of control of rotation parameters under the conditions of their noncontact measurement; methods of research - comparative analysis of the known measuring devices of the rotation parameters and methods of their measuring conversion theory, theory of the measuring conversion of nonelectric parameters, methods of mathematical and phisical modeling, theory of measuring and control errors, probability theory and theory of random processes, methods of mathematical statistics; purpose of research - increase of control reliability and widening of the measuring range of the rotation parameters by means of optic-electronic devices on the basis of noncontact method of spatial modulation; theoretical and practical results: a noncontact control method of rotation parameters using spatial modulation and microprocessor device on its basis, mathematical model of measuring conversion of rotation parameters, conversion functions of the turning angle, angular velocity and beating into digital code, software of the control device; rate of introduction - within the branch; sphere (branch of use) - production, certification of the electrical machines and their operation.
