A research object is the processes of optimum management by allocation of resources in the technical systems with parallel working elements; a research purpose is the increase of efficiency of management by the decentralized technical systems on the basis of development of the methodical, mathematical, algorithmic and programmatic providing for optimization and design of processes of functioning of such systems; the methods of researches and apparatus are analytical, experimental; theoretical and practical results - possibility of report of multidimensional optimization tasks is led to the sequence of one-dimensional, that allowed to offer the effective algorithms of optimum management by allocation of resources; degree of introduction - within the limits of industry; the sphere (industry) of the use is the control and automation systems
