Pavlova I. Substantiation of parameters of hinged labour body of a screw conveyor

The object of investigaton - the suple screw wneyors. The subject of investigaton - the hinged, sectional screw labour body and their parameters. On the basis of making calculation of intensive state of the hinged elements of joining, it was establishet the functional dependes for selection the rational parameters of the surfase interaction of bodys contacts. The dynamic analysis, conducted for the first time, allowed to establish the influense of critical regimes of work of the hinged screw sections on coefficient of dynamicy. The practical significanse: it was worket out the new construction of the hinged screw labour body of the supple conveyor and it was substantiated its rational constructive laws of interconnection between the constructive and power parameters of the higed joining and the elements of the constructions of sections and it was determined the operating indicators of the labour body.
