Marchuk O. Biodiversity of tree species in dendraria and parks of Kharkiv region, and prospects of their use in forestry and town gardening

The object is biodiversity of woody and shrub plants, their introduction and acclimatization; the aim - on base of variability concentrated in arboretums and other centers of cultivated dendroflora of Kharkiv region studying and investigations of their growth, state, reproductive and decorative peculiarities of little widespread introducents-exotes to determine the most perspectives species for inculcation to forestry, protective stands growing and town gardening of the region; methods - comparative ecology, dendrology, biotechnology, variation statistics; the new approach - first during last 30 year the complex observation of 3 arboretums and 2 parks-memorials of Kharkiv region realised; the methodic of complex evaluations of successful of introduction and aclimatisation of new species with consideration of final aim of their using was modified and the first used; methodic of woody species decorative peculiarities evaluation was used first in Kharkiv region; the metodic of Sorbus domestica conservation in vitro culture adapted and used first in Ukraine; the main include - the aim assortment of perspective species for further in forestry, protective stands growing and town gardening in the regions was recommended; the adapted protocol of Sorbus domestica conservation and propagation in vitro culture was developed; the field is forest plantations and town gardening.
