The process of formation crops was object of research in mixed sowing corn and soya. This process was depending from hybrids and grades, terms and ways of sowing, density of plants and their inter-action. By the purpose of researches was to study in conditions For-est-steppe of Ukraine growth and development. Productivity and quality of fodder weight of the mixed sowing corn and soya was depending on structure and components of a mix, terms of sowing and density of plants and on this basis to develop the recommenda-tions concerning introduction of the advanced technology in manu-facture. The sci-entific novelty consists in because in conditions Forest-steppe of Ukraine for the first time is established optimum terms of sowing and density of plants at cultivation of hybrids of corn Titan 220SV, Desna SV and grades soyas Аrtemida and Podolska 416, the high-efficiency grades soyas and hybrids of corn for the mixed crop are picked up.
