Essay

The thesis is devoted to design and research of automatic stabilisation systems (ASS) of the process of consumable electrode pulsed-arc welding (Pulse MIG/MAG) of materials with different thermophysical properties under the conditions disturbance factor action. On the basis of analytical and numerical modelling two-channel ASS of average values of voltage drop and arc current were designed with application of feedback and control actions both on power source frequency and welding wire feed rate.Practical application of the designed ASS provides quality characteristics of consumable electrode pulsed arc welding process and weld metal on the level of parameters, obtained without disturbances.
