The complex of nonlinear dynamic models by a technological complex of a subsystem TC ODS is developed. The algorithm of a signal selection is developed on the basis of wavelet trasformation, the method of estimation of characteristics of observed dependence, the algorithm of nonlinear model constraction of definite behavior is developed. The functional structure of control systems of a ТC is developed. The system of self-tunning of regulator is developed and program realization of its system is executed.
