Essay

Dissertation has been devoted to establishment of forming regularity of phase composition, structure and properties of Al-Cu-Fe system quasicrystals alloys in the process of gallium reactive diffusion at the normal condition, thermomechanical and laser treatments. It has been shown Ga mass transfer develops as reactive diffusion process in quasicrystals alloys both at the normal condition and at conditions of thermomechanical treatment. It is a multi-stage process. It has been revealed the principle possibility of control by a structure, physical mechanical and electric properties of quasicrystals Al-Cu-Fe alloys, by way: purposeful change of quasicrystalline and crystalline phases structural correlations, both at manufacturing and at thermomechanical treatment; laser treatment at the operating modes with different power and action time; predictable creation of gallium containing structural components.
