Essay

Object - electrostatic microresonator. Aim is developing and investigation of mathematical models of electrostatic microresonators for using them during design of embedded systems to increase design efficiency. Novelty consist in developeing new and improving of existent models of electrostatic components of the embedded systems, which take into account electrical and mechanical features.
