Essay

Activity of Ukrainian health protection establishments in conditions of market relations activization. Research of theoretical regulations and factual state for accounting and analysis construction of budgetary founding financial guaranteeing in multichannel financing system conditions. Methods: economic analysis, comparison, groupment, generalization, correlation-regression analysis. It was explored an accounting and analysis methodics of financial guaranteeing. Substantiated the most promising directions for development and improvement of obligatory medical insurance system. Systematized the methodical and organizational questions concerning reforming of accountancy at the state sector. It was offered an estimates execution counting plan union mechanism of budgetary founding. Turned out the methodic for determination of additional coefficients for reasonable correcting of health protection establishments financing depending on morbidity level and population sickliness in Chernigiv region. The dissertation results are inculcated into practical activity of budgetary institutions - health protection establishments. Health protection establishments of Ukraine, educationl process.
