Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of АТP-synthase participation in the photosynthetic control of photochemical reactions in chloroplasts. Binding of adenine nucleotides with catalytic part of the enzyme induced the conformational changes of membrane part, affecting proton conductivity, and thus alterating the electron transport. Conformational changes maintained after the removal of catalytic part. АТP-synthase participated in the regulation of photochemical activity of photosystem I and II in the Xill reaction.
