Essay

Automated еxpress–diagnostics system of sunken concrete piles and pillars. Methods of investigations: mathematical model of wave processes by using numerical methods; signals theory investigations; experimental investigations of percussion impulses and wave processes in pivotal building structures. Scientific results: mathematical models have been worked out; concrete piles indestructible control methods and methods of making decisions on their suitability are worked up.The author formulates new approach to creation of the automated system of defectoscopy of reinforced concrete piles which allows carrying out the express-diagnostics of quality in field conditions; proposes a new method of the automated decision-making in quality of building constructions on the basis of comparison of the wave process records received during investigation with reference model; proves the new approach to formation of reference model of the waveform records which consists in construction of echo-signals envelope, received by numerical integration of the wave equation for framework.Applied results: automated system of concrete piles «КСДК–3.3» express–diagnostic has been elaborated and made. Adoptions: a great many pile projects in Kiev, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhie are inspected by the system. Sphere of making use: building sphere..
