Essay

This study sought the development of a scientific methodology and computer program to enhance the decision-making process for determining the feasibility of installing double-glazing windows in residential housing within the Ukraine|. The research methodology employed consisted of systems analysis, theory of multicriterion optimization, theory of expert estimations|appraisals| and fuzzy sets analysis of hierarchies. Selected scientific results are discussed below. First, a hierarchical system of indexes of internalss of projects decisions at planning of double-glazing unit| is proposed. This model |is based on application of complex associate indexes. Next, an informative model of decision-making is provided which evaluates inputs from the customer relative to |mainta |concernthe choice of projects decisions; developed method of heuristic search of feasible projects solutions, which|what| is based on the method of progressive approximations and consists in introduction|input| of heuristic rules ofchoice in the unclear raising that allows substantially to shorten|reduces| space of surplus of variants, and also in realization of function of self-training of the system of support of projects decisions; developed method of multicriterion choice of rational projects decisions, which|what| is based on expansion|amplification| of method of lexicographic organization of alternatives on the basis of the use of the modified criterion of maximin (Wald). The novelty of this project is that it provides|solved| the scientific methodology and supporting software to assess the |feasible for planning use of double-glazing unit|. Introduction: scientific theme of “Creation|making| of theory and methods of numeral research of bearing possibility|solvency| of spatial constructions at the intensive static and dynamic|run-time| loadings”. The registration number and title for the software developed are as follows: № 0105U001333, “System of support of projects decisions at planning of double-glazing unit.|” This program was evaluated by the two firms: “Альтіс| – Гласс|”, “House|building| of aluminiums constructions”. This project has the potential to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the decision-making process for use of double-glazing unit| in the building industry|branch,field|.
