Object of research: processes of enterprises interactions management within the supply chain. Purpose of research: theoretical ground and development of complex of models of enterprises interactions management within the supply chain. Methods of research: logic, systems analysis and synthesis, modern information technologies, tool of management by the economic systems; tool of supply chains management, logistic and marketing; economic and mathematical modeling; methods of decision making. Results: conception of design of processes of enterprises interactions management within the supply chain; dynamic model of supply chain functioning; models of optimization of logistic co-operation of enterprise with contractors; method of adjusting and estimation of efficiency of co-operation of enterprises in the supply chain on the basis of integration of mechanism of distribution of income between them; models of co-operation of enterprises with logistic operators; structure of the logistic system of metal trading company, by creation of a new organizational structure which is derivative hierarchical and network associations.
