The thesis is dedicated to development and approbation of multi-purpose computer model for recrystallization and grain growth in polycrystalline metallic materials. Besides, the purpose of thesis is investigation of these processes in some important construction materials, in particular, titanium and iron-based alloys with computer modeling methods. For the first time, physically-grounded statistically reliable 3D computer model was created and approved. In the model, simulation of recrystallization and grain growth joined within the frames of common Monte-Carlo approximation. The model allows to investigate microstructure and texture evolution, to carry out their statistical analysis and to obtain dependencies of kinetic parameters describing polycrystalline state of metallic materials at any stage of structural transformations. Developed model was used for investigation of microstructure and texture evolution upon annealing of real textured polycrystalline metallic materials. Application of developedmodel will allow to increase effectiveness of studies necessary for optimization of thermal-mechanical treatment of metallic materials. This fact determines practical significance of results obtained.
