Essay

The objects are the community of spiders in the virgin and derived ecosystems of ash-oak forests by Verchnyodnistrovska plain. The aims are to determ the taxonomic and ecological structure of the spider's communities of ash-oak forests, their anthropogenic changes and functional features in the virgin and derived ecosystems. Methods are visual supervision, collecting of a stuff, fixation and preservation of a stuff, specific identification, mathematical data processing. The species structure, functional peculiarities of the communities with respect to their taxonomic composition, quantity, population density and biomass, seasonal dynamics, structure of dominancy, age structure, spectra of ecomorphs and ecological groups were revealed. The tendency of changing these parameters under the influence of natural and human impacts was shown by the way of comparison its in virgin and derived ecosystems, by years with different climate and hydrological conditions. The functional role of spiders in ecosystem ofash-oak forest as a component of complex of the predatory mezoarthropods of overground layer was investigated. The species-indicators of conditions of the floodplain and meliorated ecosystems were selected; the methods on conservation of biodiversity and rare species in communities of spiders in the ash-oak forests were proved. Sphere of use is the monitoring.
