Essay

Object – research is control mechanism of the circulating capital of the industry. The purpose development of the sci-entific – theoretical and practical recommendations concern-ing improvement of organization and economical control mechanism of the circulating capital of industrial enter-prises. Methods – systems analysis, comparative economic analysis, method of classification, expert estimations, eco-nomic-mathematical design, рroblem-having a special pur-pose approach. Novelty - for the first time is determined generalizing of organization and economical mechanism of optimal control of the circulating capital in food industry. Result - the methodical approaches to increase of efficiency of the circulating capital the enterprises of food industry. Is introduced - at the enterprises of food industry of Ukraine, in the executive boards of an authority, education. Branch - industry, management.
