The ways of building dynamic neural networks and the means of their application in the automated control systems have been analyzed. The principles of neural networks operations have been considered and algorithms of their training have been analyzed. There have been proposed the ways of building the structure of a dynamic neural network on the basis of the information on the type and order of the differential equation the solution of which determines the desired characteristics of the network.
