Activity of endo-, exo-peptidases and endogenous inhibitors has been researched in the womb body without neoplasm and in the tumor tissues of different localization and level of neoplasm cell differentiation. Has been established the increasing content of estrogens in the tissues with womb body onco-pathology compares to the tissues without neoplasm, which testifies to the special role of that hormones in the onco-process development. A possibility of the oncologic disease estimation in the womb body with the help of simultaneous analysis of protease activity and estrogen content has been shown, what may be used for tumors diagnosis and development prognosis.
