Essay

It is offered the mathematical model of contact of surfaces which allows to predict the realization of the "non-adhesion" friction under different conditions of contact and on the basis of which for the first time the mechanism of the influence of spatial microgeometry of friction surfaces on operational properties of the tribosystems in the conditions of boundary greasing is experimentally proved and submitted, particularly, at realization of the designated phenomenon. The offered technique of an estimation of the influence of spatial microgeometry of surfaces of friction on the characteristics of tribosystems and methods for comparison the antiwear and antifrictional properties of the petroleum products for different classes of lubricants with the using of a differential-phase method of contactless laser profilometry-profilography. With the help of this method for the first time is scientifically proved and experimentally confirmed the existence of the critical parameters of a configuration of surfaces which, under other equal conditions of friction of surfaces, define an interval of transition from the "non-adhesion" friction in conditions of boundary greasing to cutting. Experimentally proved, that at an identical roughness of surfaces of friction, but at the different spatial microgeometry, a surface can contact as in a mode of "non-adhesion" friction as cutting. Key words: a tribosystem, spatial microgeometry of surfaces, secondary structures, "non-adhesion" friction, antiwear, antifrictional properties.
