Essay

On the basic clinical, radiological, electrophysiological and morphological investigations to obtained new information which has allows the determination of the characters nosological from end the active stage of the tumor process of the proximal tibia. Studies of the materials of the treatment of 65 patients within the age of range of 13 to 89 years. It is discovered that is intra-osseous regional infusion of cytostatic with the application of tension, the reactive region of tumor could be limited, the size of the tumor can be minimize through the death of it’s cells. The worked out method of autoplasty of bone defect and individual hemiathroplasty during malignant pathology of proximal tibia permit the preservation of the extremity, knee joint and its functions, better mat of the life expectancy of the patients.
