Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the questions of improvement of APCSTP for BOF on basis of the mathematical models, algorithms, control methods and means of the slag’s parameters. Criterion of optimization of process of removal of sulfur, including blowing, extra blowing the converter and processing of metal in the unit of operational development of steel is developed, parities between separate managing parameters and course of process slag’s regime are received.. According to criterion mathematical models of BOF’s production of steel are received. Results of researches of process slag’s regime are adduced, parameters of the control and management are determined. A control system by slag r?gime in the converter and in the unit of operational development of steel is developed. The results of this work are introduced into operation on ОАS “Metallurgical combine “Azovsteel”.
