Kasyanenko Y. The effect of suspension of fetal cerebral cell on course of experimental allergic encephalomyelitis.

As a result of carried out studies based on 147 observations of rats with EAE, are set up the speci-ficities of clinical course EAE under effect treatment with the suspension of the allogenic cells of fetal brain. It carried out multifactorial case with the detailed analysis of clinical changes in organism of the experimental animals. It obtained the new findings of course EAE under influence of the intratecal injec-tion of cellular suspensions on the peak of the clinical features of illness. Newly is described the lack of the worsening of the clinical state of rats with EAE during the treatment with neuronal enrichment native allogenic cells of fetal brain and with the cells of embryonic nervous tissue on the peak of the clinical fea-tures of illness. It is proved morphologically and immunobiologically the best result from intratecal injection of the embryonic nervous tissue. On the basis of obtained results it is substantiated the positive effect of intratecal injection of the al-logenic cells of fetal brain on course EAE as a whole and not expediency of the application of such cure on the altitude of the clinical features of illness.
