Shariy T. Biochemical status and production of minks on application of preparation "Hutrovit plus".

Object - research metabolic process in an organism minks, efficiency, reproductive of function under influence of a preparation "Hutrovit plus". The purpose - to study biological action of a new preparation "Hutrovit plus" on separate biochemical, hematological, immunologic parameters of a blood and efficiency of fur animals. Methods of research: biochemical, hematological, immunologic, tocsicologic, statistical. Novelty: for the first time author develops a new complex preparation "Hutrovit plus", which structure includes vitamins and isatizone. On the basis of biochemical, hematological, immunologic of researches the optimum concentration isatizone in structure of a preparation "Hutrovit plus" fixed which makes 20 g/kg. The influence new of a preparation on an organism of laboratory animals and minks is investigated and its toxicity is determined. At long application minks of a preparation "Hutrovit plus" fixed authentic of activity of enzymes of a transamination, activity of enzymes to a carbohydrate exchange (LDG, alpha amylase), parameters of a nonspecific resistance; has increased production of fell to 1 grade in experienced groups on 7-15 of % and their quality was improved. The expediency of use of a complex preparation "Hutrovit plus" for conservation minks, body height and rising of efficiency minks is proved. Sphere of use: a feeding, veterinary medicine.
