Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to progressing of idealized submissions about influencing microalloyed and modes softening thermomechanical processing on structure and properties of steel for cold volumetric punching and mining on their basis of technological solutions, directional on improvement of the quality of roll stock from boron steels not containing component of aluminum and titanium. Is designed and the all-up "know-how" of roll stock for cold volumetric punching from electrical steel high in of boron and azote spilled in preforms light gauge (the act from 28.11.2005) is introduced in conditions JSCC "Moldova steel works". In cooperation Kryvoy Roh metallurgical combine - opened joint-stock company "Factory Red Etna" and JSCC "Moldova steel works" - opened joint-stock company "Factory Red Etna" the end-to-end "know-how" of a fastener of the class 8.8 of boron roll stock is tested. The results of operation, including normative-engineering specifications on an elemental composition and propertiesof roll stock for cold volumetric punching from boron steels, can be utilised for mining new and perfecting of existing engineering solutions at the metallurgical plants of Ukraine.
