Essay

It is investigated influence of the features of the peritectic crystallization on the structure and the complex of properties of the constructional rolled metal. It is shown, that the steels, containing 0,25-0,33 % C, Si and Mn about 1,0 % everyone, are characterized by the most expressed dispersiveness of dendritic structure of austenite, the uniform distribution of the zones of concentration microheterogeneity and the least sizes grains of austenite. It is established, that the characteristics of dendritic structure are inherited by structure of rolled metal greatly. The increase of quantity, uniformity of distribution and decrease of the sizes segregational zones lead to the increase of the complex of mechanical properties of the constructional rolled metal. The basic requirements to the content of chemical elements (steel 30ГС) and to the level of mechanical properties of reinforcing bar of special destination are formulated. Application of the reinforcing bar from steel 30ГС has allowed to replacemine frame-arched metal fastenings from the rolled metal of special profile by the anchor fastenings. Results of the executed researches are realized on PJSC "Krivorozhstal".
