Essay

The principles are considered in thesises of selforganization of information interaction between nodes of distributed computer systems, differring on level of its intelligantcy. New results are received in exploring of the following aspects. Is offered and ex-plored by modeling using Petri nets method of estimation of de-pendency of complexity of interacting objects from level of their intelligantcy. Principles are designed of modeling of information exchange between elements of distributed computer systems. Hi-erarchy of structures is considered with smart regulation of fea-tures of information exchange between technical system and per-son-operator. Principles are designed of building of smart interface "technical system person-operator" with fuzzy regulation using Mamdani-Zadeh formalism. As an example of practical realization, the training system is designed tutorial of the fast reading with layered fuzzy regulation
