Nikitina N. Test-methods of chemical analysis with visual indication: metrological assurance, new test-systems

Objects of investigation: test-systems on the basis on RIP, PUF, MSA, gelatinous films, reagent solutions. The aim: ground of approach for estimation of metrological performance of test-methods with visual indication and to develop new test-systems for semiquantity determination of contaminations and total quality indexes of water media. The methods: test-methods, spectrophotometry, atomic absorption spectroscopy, potentiometry, spectroscopy of diffuse reflection. Scientific novelty: The technique of metrological performance estimation of test analysis was proposed. It is based on statistical methods. The value “relative width of unreliable reaction region” is suggested. 8 new test-systems were developed. The possibility of gelatinous gel as media for test reaction using was shown. Application: The developed recommendations are reduce laboriousness and duration of researches dealing with metrological characteristics estimation; techniques of tests - determinations are used in educational process.
