The thesis comprises the overestimation of economic reproaches to understanding the peculiarities of innovative-investment aspect of industry in the field of post-Soviet economical transformations in Ukraine. The complex of activities is suggested to improve the efficiency of national industrial enterprises. In terms of their correlation in industrial aspect the meaning of innovation and investment is investigated. There are proved the principles and estimating methods of innovative-investment activity.
