A new band model described by comparatively small set of band parameters on the one hand and, taking into account all the effects which appear through concrete crystal structures symmetry of the investigation subjects on the other hand, is proposed. The structure of the optical absorption spectrum in Cd3As2 has been analysed on the bases of the suggested model.The peculiarities of the angle dependence of ultrasound absorption coefficient caused by the distinctive features of the local geometry of the Fermi surfaces in crystals with symmetry have been investigated.The concentration and angle dependences of nodes location on the oscillatory curves of quantum oscillations in Cd3As2 and its solid solutions with zinc have been theoretically studied.
