Fokina I. Creation of the tax-subsidy mechanism for regulation of the coal industry

Object of the study is process of the influence of the system state subsidy and taxations on efficiency of the operation to coal industry. Objective of study is the motivation scientifically-methodical positions and development practical recommendation on ensuring the efficient operation to coal industry, using mechanism tax-subsidy of the regulation. Methods of research are scientific abstraction, inductions, deductions, logical analysis and syntheses, economy-statistical, structured analysis, comparisons and estimations. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical generalization and new decision of the scientific problem on shaping the mechanism tax-subsidy of the regulation to coal industry for the reason its optimum influence upon base branch of the economy of Ukraine. Novelty is approaches to shaping the mechanism tax-subsidy of the regulation to coal branch and its influences upon efficiency of its operation.
