Essay

Iron-, neodymium-, carbon-, boron-, copper-based crystalline and amorphous alloys. Physical principles of metastable states formation in metallic alloys during quenching from liquid. X-ray structure, electron microscopy, metallographic, magnetometric methods. Equipment: difractometers ДРОН-3, ДРОН-ЗМ; ТЕМ-microscope РЕММА-202М, JEOL JSM-6360LA; optical microscopes EPIQUANT, МИМ-8, ПМТ-3; ПК PENTIUM. The peculiarities of structure- and phase-formation process in Nd-Fe-C alloys are founded; kinetic peculiarities of non-equilibrium crystallization are established; hard magnetic Nd2Fe14С phase formation model is proposed; doping influence on Nd2Fe14С phase kinetic formation is investigated; the coercivity mechanism in Nd-Fe-C alloys is established. An application: micro metallurgy, microelectronics, radio-building.
