Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to increase the period of resistance turning cutting tools and the rise of efficiency turning dimension treatment in the conditions of optimum vibration on the level of the processing of cuttings. The theoretical bases management stability of cutting instruments is designed on the example of turning hard-alloys incisors with dimension turning processing to account of the achievement and support of the minimum level of vibration in TPS goal-directed change parameters mode of the cutting at wear-out incisor. On base of the basic researches is determined for the first time the criterion to dependencies of level vibroactivity of processing from parameters of the mode of the cutting and productions on the example of the process of the sharpening. The theory of vibroacoustic diagnostic of the condition turning incisors during cutting in the field of checking frequency range increasing vibroactivity TPS has got the most further development that has allowed to raise accuracy of the determination degree wear-out incisors. To account of the use the designed method of stability management turning incisors is received the increase of productivity of the processing on 36%, the area of processed incisor surface of the detail to dulling ( with the other equal terms) on 35%.
