Essay

Dissertation it is devoted to development of principles of creation of high-speed tightening chucks from positions of the system approach, the theoretical basis of serviceability and to complex research of their characteristics on different frequencies of rotation. The offered system — morphological approach with use of a method of the morphological analysis for synthesis high-speed tightening chucks. On the basis of the developed mathematical models, including certainly-element, a tightening chucks and its case influence of different factors on elastic-power and disabilities characteristics is theoretically investigated. Results of comparative experimental researches of different tightening chucks with use of the developed dynamometer on different frequencies of rotation, for different diameters and rigidity details are submitted. The new designs high-speed tightening chucks given to the recommendation on their designing and introduction are developed.
