Rabotyagov A. Method of Identification of a Person on the Basis of the Individual Speech Code

A new method of phonoscopic identification of a person has been obtained on the basis of the individual speech code (ISC). The identification by the new method is carried out using an extremely limited, by the length (as short as one sound of the language) distorted speech material. The novelty of ISC consists in that for identification of speech objects as differentiating identification signs the functions individual for each object are used for processing speech signals which are brought into line with the object in the course of selection and optimization. The model of phonoscopic identification of a person was improved by introducing a new stage of classification of speech objects and selection of optimal signs for each object. A structural (geometric) method of studying the speech signals was developed that allowed to reject the methods of spectral description and to use the methods of description of elementary areas under the signal curve.
